Manchester Cider Club with Simon Day. Once Upon A Tree

Exploring the crossover from wine to cider through co-fermentation and cryo-extraction.


Simon will talk about the origins of Once Upon A Tree and the journey he has taken as a winemaker turned cidermaker in producing ciders, and his experimentations that blur the boundaries of wine and cider.

Three ciders will be sampled:

Bacchus Lees Co-ferment Cider 75cl

Dabinett & Pinot Co-ferment Cider 75cl

Tasting size - sample bottle of the latest release of Blenheim Superb Ice Cider.

Tickets: £20 for the two ciders and ice cider taster plus Zoom Ticket
